Safe Environment Training
Safe Environment Training (SET) reflects the Diocese of Phoenix’s commitment to creating a culture of safety and protecting children and vulnerable adults. By defining healthy boundaries and following clear policies, we ensure that our parish and ministries remain safe places for all.
Who needs SET?
Anyone serving in ministry who has direct contact with minors or vulnerable adults.
Why is it important?
Completing the annual training helps protect both you and those you serve, and equips you to recognize concerns and take action when needed.
Where do I complete SET?
Training is available online at phoenix.cmgconnect.org.
New Volunteers or Haven't Renewed in a While?
Online Foundation Course
If you are new to ministry—or if it’s been more than two years since you last completed SET—you are required to take the Online Foundation Course through the Diocesan SET website.
